The hotel occupies a five-storey Art-Nouveau building in the central part of Riga built in 1910. Designed by architect J. Asaris.

During the years 1998-2000 it was under partial reconstruction. In 1996 the hotel VIKTORIJA was awarded a certificate of Three Stars status, it is a tourist class hotel with good service and reasonable price.

42 hotel rooms are equipped with a shower, WC, cable TV and international telephone.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the Riga railway terminal, bus station and within 20 minutes drive from the airport.
